    To reduce victims property loss via improving the banks stop-payment efficiency caused by the telecom fraud, PBOC has issued < Notice of People’s Bank of China on Establishing the Management Platform of Telecom Fraud Cases >(No.265, 2015), < Notice of PBOC,MIIT, MPS and SAIC on Establishing Mechanism about Emergency Countermand and Rapid Freezing to Criminal Accounts Involved in Telecom Fraud> (No.86 ,2016) and < Notice of People’s Bank of China on Strengthening Payment and Settlement Management in Preventing Telecom Fraud> (No.261 ,2016), calling for financial institutions to cooperate with Public Security in fighting against the telecom frauds via developing a secured and stable anti-fraud system to meet the demands from the regulatory institution.
