2020 has a really tough start, everyone had
been through a long Spring Vacation. The Coronavirus has affected people’s life
and work, as well as China’s economy. Luckily, the epidemic situation has been
controlled by the effort from health care sector and government. However, all
the enterprises, especially small businesses are suffering great loss because
employees are not able to return to work normally which leads to the meltdown
of revenue performance.
As a responsible company, RIKING set up
emergency group at the initial stage of the epidemic, and actively answered the
call from local government of its anti-epidemic measures. RIKING announced
relevant notification and policies in time. Also, in order to avoid the risk of
returning, RIKING required all the employees to work from home after the
return-to-work time being released by government.
On March 2nd, all the RIKINGers
returned to office, the material team has prepared abundant anti-epidemic
materials, such as disinfecting mat, masks, cleanser that does not require
water, ethanol for disinfection and thimerosal. Moreover, for avoiding the
risks that employees would encounter because of dinning out, RIKING appropriated
special fund to book the free lunch for all employees and required employees to
have lunch orderly with avoiding peak hour.

On the first day of resumption, the General
Manager of RIKING made a speech to all the employees in the way of online broadcast.
He required that every employee should put health and safety in the first
place, and then Mr.Zhang made a commitment: during the epidemic, RIKING does
not cut salary, does not cut jobs, the offers had been sent would not withdraw.
Under the unfriendly environment with the severe challenges, RIKING always
considers all the RIKINGers, and devotes itself to be a warm and responsible
company on the basis of employee care and employee benefits.
As everyone knows, Spring Holiday is one of
the largest expenses timing in a year, which has coincided with epidemic situation.
For a long time, minor enterprises like RIKING would be hard to survive without
any income. It’s a life-and-death race with time. Likewise, the epidemic situation
impacted RIKING’s partners and clients, and damaged the confidence to all the
industries.
